After 2020, we were involved in a study to investigate the shift that occurred in CS professional development (PD) during the summer 2020 collective response to the Covid-19 Pandemic (Executive Summary and Full Report). The information we provide here is based on our findings to be used to structure discussion within your PD team and can assist your team in attending to a wide range of factors as you either transition a PD program to a virtual experience, or as you refine and improve an existing virtual experience.
